From start to finish I was very pleased with Rock Valley Fence. Scott stopped initially to look over the project, answering all of my questions. I followed up with him with some further concerns and he was fantastic in getting right back to me with answers. The installation was done two weeks ahead of schedule by Jason and Raoul who did a great job. I will be recommending Rock Valley Fence to anyone who asks, and will probably be using them again at some point. Thanks again RVF. 

One of the reasons I picked Rock Valley Fence and Deck to install a chain link fence in my back yard is the positive comments that I heard from previous customers. I was not disappointed. After my initial meeting with ‘Scot’, I knew I was working with professionals. His suggestions proved valuable and added to my overall satisfaction with the end result. 

The installation proceeded without a hitch and the fence looked great! However, it is what the team did after the install that I believe needs to be mentioned. Prior to installing the fence, I had to have three trees removed. The company that performed this work needed to remove part of a wood fence with gate at the front of my property. Once the job was finished, they reinstalled the fence. Unfortunately, the gate no longer worked properly. 

At the time the Rock Valley fence and deck team arrived, they noticed this problem. I said that I would need to take care of it. However, once the chain link fence was completed and the installers had left, I noticed that the gate on the wooden fence had been fixed as well! 

In this day and age, you hope that when you hire someone to do a job, they will do it correctly. It is truly refreshing to find a company that actually does more than what they need to do. At Rock Valley Fence and Deck, they are taking the term customer satisfaction to a whole new level!

I am very pleased with the fence that I have chosen, Rock Valley Fence did a great job with helping me pick the right fence for me. They had the fence installed 2 weeks sooner than the estimated time, the 2 men that installed it was great and very professional, they explained everything to me, they even found a blemish in the gate that I wouldn't have noticed and came back in 2 days and replaced the gate. Everyone in my family loves it. The young lady that answers the phones is very pleasant to talk to and very helpful, not like the one at a different fence company in town. Our fence is very nice. The workmen put it in during inclement weather and did a nice job. The salesman really did a great job going over the gate, location of fence, etc. Very happy with everything.

Rock Valley did a great job on the fence in my backyard. I was under a strict schedule and they came through for me. The fence was installed on time and it looks great.

When I decided to put a fence up in my backyard I had called several fence companies in the area. Many of them would not even answer the phone. The ones that did give me a two week out schedule just for a person to come out for an estimate. Then a month out for actual install. That would have put me into December. On Rock Valley Fence website they had a cool tool that let you map out and give a rough estimate on what it might cost which was very close to the real estimate. Rock Valley Fence came out when it was conducive to my schedule which was two days after calling. The estimating dude that came out, Scott DesRoberts, was very helpful and honest throughout the whole process. He advised me of the quickness they could come out to install. The installers were out within a week and the fence was up. Total time fenced yard was within two and a half weeks. I'm sorry to the two installers as I did not get their names but they were awesome. The lead guy did advise me of a possible issue with the layout which I did change based on his recommendation. Because of the change based on his recommendation he provided me with a deal for adding a gate which was not planned. Over all, it worked out well in the end. They were fast and provided a quality job. Rock Valley Fence was a little pricey but the quality, time of install, courteous staff was worth it.

The fence looks great and the crew (Jason, Rob & Dustin) were professional and courteous! Very satisfied with the project and would use them again in the future.

We love our fence!!!!! Rock Valley Fence came out to our house to help us determine where we should place our gates and what size would meet our needs, but still give a nice finished look. Our ENTIRE FENCE was installed and leveled perfectly, including the large gates. The guys that installed our fence were extremely professional and did not waste any time during installation. We are very impressed with our fence, and the knowledgeable installers that we would definitely work with again!!!!

Last fall Rock Valley Fence installed a 6 feet privacy fence around my entire back yard. It looked beautiful then, and has emerged from this last winter looking even more beautiful. The estimator, Jason, was a delight to work with as were the guys who did the installation. They worked around the rainy weather, completing the job in record time. They arrived on time, as promised, they completed the work in time, and then totally cleaned up after the installation. I was so pleased that I am going to use them to install a patio / deck fence.
